Removed several tree roots that were growing though my lawn, capped the roots and then thinned the tree. Also pruned two different types of maples growing near the house.
Brian, the owner, did a great job. He is very responsive and knowledgeable. He had some challenges to undo years of bad pruning that I had done — not knowing what I was doing. He showed up on time as promised and did a great job of cleaning up. He followed up by phone to check in whether I was satisfied with the job. I will definitely use him again as future needs arise.

Elite Tree Care was very easy to work with. We appreciated that he listened and responded to our concerns. We also liked his approach to trimming. He had the health of the plant in mind and it’s future re-growth patterns versus other trimmers we’ve encountered who merely cut and hacked to whatever shape we might mention. If one of our ideas went counter to the best interests of the growth of the plant Brian would give a rational explanation of why another way would be better in the long run. We needed that guidance and appreciated his explanations.
Overall, Brian did an outstanding job and I would highly recommend his services.

Once we decided what the first priority was for us we called Elite Tree Care and arranged a date and time for the work to take place. Bryan fit us into his schedule immediately, I believe we only had to wait over a weekend. He arrived at the scheduled time and got to work. Once the work was completed Bryan collected the remainder that was owed him and (I was impressed) shook my hand and said he hoped to see us again in the fall. I must say I have never had an experience with my yard that topped the experience I had with Bryan, including the handshake. Thanks Bryan and you’ll be hearing from us again!

Pruned huge overgrown arborvitae hedge (over 75 feet long), pruned and separated numerous overgrown rhododendrons. Crown thinned diadora tree, planted two shrubs and took out three very large dead bushes and ground stumps down. This is the second time we used Elite and again Bryan and his crew were great. Did a wonderful job. Went above and beyond by picking up some 8 feet tall replacement bushes at the nursery and transporting them to our house for planting and at no charge. Always professional, great service and very competent.

Elite Tree Care pruned 6 fruit trees and various other trees in my garden on April 14, 2014. They also cut down a tree too close to my home.
I found Elite Tree Care through Angie’s List. I was impressed with how punctually Bryan called me after my contact with Angie’s List. Brian, a Certified Arborist, came out to my home and reviewed all my trees and let me know what needed to be done. He also gave me a verbal quote at this time. Brian and his crew came out to do the work when expected. I was impressed with the care they gave my trees and the clean-up they did as well (they took all the branches, debris away). They used hand tools to prune the trees. The verbal quote was exactly the price I was charged. I highly recommend Elite Tree Care.

Elite Tree Care offered a $199 “Angies List” coupon for $400 work. I knew I had a large broken branch that needed to come down before it fell on its own and cause possible damage to our neighbors who live at the bottom of our hill. Bryan Petitclerc came to our home to see how we wanted to use the coupon. Because Bryan felt the scope of the coupon was more than what I needed addressed, he volunteered to include the removal of ivy that was growing up our large cherry tree before the ivy kills the tree and also agreed to have a dead snag of a tree on one side of our property dropped to the ground . The appointment was set. Chris Horton arrived during the scheduled time this morning and he went about the tasks on the list. He is a nice young man, eager to please the customer, and that he did, above and beyond. His work on the ivy was most impressive and it is a problem that would not have been addressed if Bryan hadn’t added that project to give us the full benefit of what the coupon could cover.

I have used the owner, Bryan Petitclerc, and his men at Elite Tree Care for over 15 years. I have several very tall trees in my yard. Brian trimmed all the crowns of these trees and re-shaped them. Additionally, he trimmed the many bushes including the flowering ones in my yard and also reshaped these. Bryan, the owner, is a very skilled worker and understands and demonstrates outstanding aborculture knowledge which is very important to me. Elite Tree Care has an owner, Bryan who works along side of the men who work for him. They all clean up after their work and will haul away any of the trimmings, branches etc that they cut off. This is an outstanding business to deal with. I do not have to worry about them when they work in my Yard. The services performed by Elite Tree Care, as always, was outstanding. The owner, Bryan,, quoted me a price earlier and as always the price when the job was completed was the same. The clean up was excellent, too. I have provided a description of what Elite Tree Care planned to do and they did all of them: trim all the crowns of the trees, trim the bushes including the flowering ones and reshape these things.

I contacted Elite Tree Care and talk to Bryan about cutting down two of my fir trees.
He said he could be there in about twenty minutes to give me a bid on the trees to cut them down. He showed up on time and gave me a bid on what it would cost to do the job. I agree with the price he quoted, and he gave me a date when they could come out to cut the trees down. They came out on time and did the job and made sure that all the brush and debris was cleaned up. They also cut all the wood to the size I needed. They were nice and seemed to enjoy the job that they were doing. The crew worked hard and they made sure that everything was safe around the job site. One thing that I really liked was that Bryan was straightforward, no games. Great job – well done guys.

Significant trimming of a long hedge bordering our property and obstructing our water view. Elite did an excellent job. i received 3 quotes and Elite was the best. Based on the reviews, I went with them and am very very pleased. Brian was very professional and responsive. The work was scheduled immediately and conducted within 2 days of the quote. I couldn’t have gone any smoother or been easier. My wife and I are both thrilled.
